SHIPPING POLICY

We ship out your order within 1-3 business days from the moment you placed your order!

Tennessee Livin' Outfitters  is not responsible for delays in shipping times per UPS or USPS.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered by the guaranteed shipping time as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order. We cannot be held liable for any USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877).

We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping time. Tennessee Livin' Outfitters is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. 

Tennessee Livin' Outfitters  is not responsible for items marked "delivered" by shipping service providers. You will need to contact your local post office or UPS for information regarding your package delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS


Colors and patterns may vary slightly depending on computer/phone screens. This does not qualify as a defect.

All sales are final. No cash or credit card refunds. Sorry.

If you have ordered a size that doesn't fit, you can only exchange it.
